About Candour Recruitment

Candour Recruitment is a refreshingly honest, helpful, experienced recruitment company cover specialist markets in Finance, Sales, IT, HR, and Legal.

Our aim is to provide a genuine client centered approach to your recruitment needs. We earn our fees by providing the right people solutions for our clients and building long-term, long-lasting relationships based on successful recruitment and people placement.

This starts with the first meeting (or call) and listening to our client’s needs. We won’t ever simply throw existing candidates at you if they aren’t the right solution. And so the difference between Candour and your current recruitment providers begins…

We provide a recruitment service that matches the needs of both our candidates and clients.

This comes from taking the time (often just a few minutes in truth) to actually understand the individual requirements and then discuss opportunities to meet these needs in a professional, honest and consultative way.

Our Approach

It’s our job to listen, advise and consult with you of solutions for your recruitment need that are relevant according to your business need.

Candour’s aim is to work with clients to find a recruitment solution, not to just send large amounts of applications which is a waste of time for both you and us. The fact is that good candidates are not on the market for long, it is Candour’s role to advise you of the candidates’ situation requirements and any changes from inception of a recruitment campaign to successful completion.

For the client, we will work with you throughout the selection process to find the most appropriate solutions to your recruitment challenges, bringing a wealth of experience in resourcing businesses across a breadth of professional services and at all levels.

Our consultants are not targeted on calls, meetings etc. We at Candour Recruitment like to meet clients to learn about your business, it is important when selling a vacancy to non-active candidates that we are ‘on the same page’ to the client. So that we are able to engage candidates not just from a technical perspective but from a ‘company fit’.

At Candour we are looking to prove to you our ability and over time become a trusted recruitment partner proving that recruitment doesn’t have to be a frustrating, stressful and time consuming process.

Services

Candour Recruitment are able to provide candidates for temporary, permanent, contracted and interim / short term positions.

We work to a wide variety of briefs and always align our work to the required processes as defined by the client.

Our rates are competitive and our commercial approach flexible. We believe that creating long term partnerships, built on trust leads to mutually beneficial relationships and are always happy to back our ability to find our clients the perfect candidate, whatever the role or tenure of contract.

Candidates

The relationship and trust of our candidates is as important as the relationship with our clients. We appreciate that the majority of candidates will already be in full time opportunities and so we need to work with you and your schedule to help plan your next career move.

The last thing you need is to be taking calls during the day when you are in the office. We will always work in tandem with our candidates and are happy to schedule any calls before 9:00 or after 17:00 and also at weekends.

For the candidate we are firm advocates of providing honest thorough feedback and wherever possible. It is this constructive feedback and our honesty that allows candidates to learn from the time and effort they have invested in the interview process and to help them progress in their careers.
